1. How far in advance do I need to schedule transportation for an appointment?
We appreciate at least 24 hours’ notice for transportation requests, however, contact us for same day service we have been known to come through in a pinch!
2. How much does it cost?
There are various factors that go into determining the cost of a trip. Please contact our office for a quote.
3. Do you have wheelchair vans?
Yes, we have mini-vans with rear entry ramps as well as Full-size vans with rear entry wheelchair lifts.
4. Do you transport on the weekend?
Yes, we do pre-schedule transports on weekends upon request. Please note our office is closed on weekends so pre-scheduling is necessary!
5. Do you transport on holidays?
Yes, we do pre-schedule transports on holidays upon request. Please note our office is closed on holidays so pre-scheduling is necessary!
6. Will my Insurance pay for Transportation?
Maybe, it depends on the type of insurance you have. Please contact our office for more information.
7. Do you accept Medicaid?
Unfortunately, we do not deal directly with Medicaid.
8. Do you transport to the airport?
Yes, we do offer transport to various airports.
9. How far do you transport?
Within the state of Michigan. While most of our business is within the tri-county area, we have transported to various cities within Michigan.
10. What methods of payment do you accept?
Corporate contracts, Private pay: Major Credit & Debit cards, Cash App, and Cash
